What products can be returned?

Any delivered product that is defective or damaged. The product you received is not according to the description, pictures and specifications as shown on our website or the product is not as per advertised.

Which products cannot be returned?

A product cannot be returned if it is defective at the time of delivery, but the customer used it (stitched or got shrinkage).

Preliminary conditions for the products to be returned:

  • Product Must Be Returned In Its Original Form And Packaging Unless You Are Returning A Defective Piece.
  • Product Tags Should Be Attached With The Returned Item.
  • Customer Must Provide The Order Number, Receipt Or Proof Of Purchase.
  • Products With Discounted Price Tags Are Non-Returnable And Non-Exchangeable.

*No returned product will be accepted if it doesn’t comply with the above-mentioned clauses upon checking, and will be sent back to the buyer’s address.

Who will bear the courier charges?

The courier cost upon return of any item will be paid by the company.
