How to place an online order?

  • Select Your Required Product
  • Click On The “Add To Cart” Button.
  • Choose If You Wish To Add More Products To The Cart Or Move To Checkout.
  • Enter Your Personal Information On The Checkout Page.
  • Click On “Confirm Order”.
  • An Order Confirmation Email Will Be Sent To You (With The Order Number).

How long will it take for order delivery?

We process the received orders on the same working day.

It may take 3-4 working days to deliver your purchased product at your given address.

How to confirm an order has been placed successfully?

The customer will receive a confirmation email as soon as he places an order on our website. This will be an acknowledgement message with Order Number to inform the buyer that his order has been placed. However, it will not indicate whether or not your order has been shipped.

How to check the order’s delivery status?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking ID through SMS and email with the link to the TCS or DHL, etc., web page. You can log on to these sites, insert your order tracking number and track the delivery/shipping status of your order.

Your order will be delivered to your provided address (home, office, etc.)

How to track the order?

We will send you a text message on your given mobile number as soon as your order is dispatched. The message will also include an order tracking number (with a link to the web page of our courier service provider) so that you can easily follow up the shipped product.

We provide free shipping through TCS, Leopard or DHL.

What if a damaged/defective/inaccurate product is delivered?

If you don’t receive the accurate product in good condition, you can return it by notifying us within the 2 weeks of delivery. For more assistance, you can contact our customer support any time.

How many attempts are made to deliver the order?

Our courier agent will make two attempts to deliver the product at your given address. Kindly, make sure that you are available to receive your order. Also, ensure that you provide us the accurate address while placing an online order. The product will be returned to us if you fail to receive it on the second attempt by our delivery agent.

How to cancel an online order?

We have a simple process of canceling an order but it depends on whether the item has been shipped or not. You can send your order cancelation request to our customer support before the order is dispatched. However, we can cancel any order for any reason, such as pricing error or product being out of stock.
